Industrial vegetation control for lots, fences, and sites
Fence lines, gravel lots, guardrails, and the weeds that take a site when nobody owns the ground between buildings. This is not a front-yard program.
The work
Different products, different liability, same Steubenville company.
Residential weed control is broadleaf in turf. Industrial vegetation control is keeping a lot from turning into a field. We will not pretend they are the same spray.
Family-owned in Steubenville since 1990. Bryan and Nathan Paulman still own the routes.
Why do this
Why fence lines and gravel lots need a different job than a lawn
Broadleaf control in turf is not vegetation control on a storage yard. Weeds on gravel and fence become a site problem, a fire load, and a neighbor complaint. Treat that ground as industrial work with a written line — not as a lawn add-on.
Scope
Where this work lives
Industrial and commercial sites that need plant growth kept off pavement, fence, and storage ground.
- Fence-line and lot-edge vegetation
- Gravel and storage yards
- Repeat visits so seed banks do not win in August
- A scope written so turf next door is not collateral
Timing
Early and again
One mid-summer hit on a gravel lot is a short story. Budget a season if the site grew up last year.
Questions
Vegetation questions
Is this the same as lawn weed control?
No. Different goal, different ground. Lawn weeds are a turf page.
Can you treat along a neighbor’s fence?
Only with a clear property line and a written scope. We will walk it first.
